High School Club
High School Climbing Club
Students from area high schools learn specific climbing skills and how to train and compete in recreational competitions. This social climbing club provides students with discounted membership and climbing instruction from October - February each year. Join us for our 8th Season in October 2011!
When:
- Pre-season: Registration begins October 1 – The sooner you register the more membership you receive.
- Regular Season: Students train November through January. Membership expires February 16, 2012. Students are given the option to learn general climbing or specific styles of climbing, including bouldering and lead climbing.
- Practices: 4-6pm Mon. & Wed. Mondays are our climbing skill instruction days and Wednesdays are our workout days. Workouts are designed with consideration for climbers of all abilities. Movement Clinics begin at 4:15pm, followed by fun challenges and exercises designed to make you stronger until 5:30, then open climbing until 6. Climbers will be working with the same coaches each week.
Cost:
- $200 includes Club membership and instruction (gear not included)
- $100 includes instruction for Climb Nashville members with a valid membership through the end of the season
- $145 Gear Special! If you purchase a Club membership you are offered this discount rate on a gear package that will be yours to keep after the season ends!

Did you know we offer a Climbing Club Scholarship?
- Any student currently enrolled in a Nashville area high school may apply for the Climbing Club Scholarship. Scholarships will be awarded to no more than one student per school. In order to apply, you may create a video or write an essay that captures your personality and interest in rock climbing, as well as illustrates your need for the Climbing Club Scholarship.
